How do I replace a page in my PDF?
Upload your main PDF, then upload a second PDF that contains the replacement page. Use the page navigation to select the page you want to replace in the main PDF and the replacement page from the second PDF. Click "Replace Page" and then download the updated file. The entire process takes just a few seconds.
Can I replace multiple pages at once?
The tool is designed to replace one page at a time for maximum precision and control. After replacing a page, you can download the result and upload it again to replace additional pages. For bulk page operations, consider using the Organize PDF or Merge PDF tools.
Does the replacement page keep its original formatting?
Yes. The replacement page is copied exactly as it appears in the source PDF, including all text, images, fonts, vector graphics, annotations, form fields, and hyperlinks. There is no re-rendering or conversion of any kind. The page is transferred as-is into the output document.
Can I replace a page with one of a different size?
Yes. The replacement page retains its original dimensions from the source PDF. If the replacement page has a different size (for example, letter vs. A4), the new page will appear at its native dimensions in the output document. Other pages in the PDF are not affected.
Is my data safe and private?
Absolutely. All PDF processing happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript and the pdf-lib library. Your files are never uploaded to any server, and we cannot see, access, or store your documents. Once you close the browser tab, all data is gone. This makes ConvertKr safe for confidential documents, legal files, and personal information.
What if I make a mistake?
Click the Reset button at any time to discard all changes and start over from scratch. Your original PDF files are never modified, so you can always reload them and try again. The tool keeps your originals completely intact throughout the process.
Is there a file size or page limit?
ConvertKr does not impose any artificial file size or page count limits. Since all processing runs locally in your browser, the practical ceiling depends on your device's available RAM and processing power. Most modern computers and phones handle large PDFs without any issues.
Does this work on mobile devices?
Yes. ConvertKr runs entirely in your web browser, so it works on smartphones and tablets as well as desktop computers. The responsive layout adapts to your screen size for comfortable use on any device. Touch-based file selection is fully supported on iOS and Android.
