How do I insert a page into my PDF?
Upload your main PDF, then upload a second PDF that contains the page you want to insert. Use the page navigation to select the page from the second PDF. Choose where to insert it using the Insert Position dropdown, then click "Insert Page" and download the updated file. The entire process takes just a few seconds.
Can I insert a page at the beginning of the document?
Yes. The Insert Position dropdown includes a "Before page 1" option that places the new page at the very beginning of the document. All existing pages shift down by one position to make room for the inserted page.
Can I insert multiple pages at once?
The tool inserts one page at a time for maximum precision and control. After inserting a page, you can download the result and upload it again to insert additional pages. For combining entire documents, consider using the Merge PDF tool instead.
Does the inserted page keep its original formatting?
Yes. The inserted page is copied exactly as it appears in the source PDF, including all text, images, fonts, vector graphics, annotations, form fields, and hyperlinks. There is no re-rendering or conversion of any kind. The page is transferred as-is into the output document.
Is my data safe and private?
Absolutely. All PDF processing happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript and the pdf-lib library. Your files are never uploaded to any server, and we cannot see, access, or store your documents. Once you close the browser tab, all data is gone. This makes ConvertKr safe for confidential documents, legal files, and personal information.
Can I insert a page from a different-sized PDF?
Yes. The inserted page retains its original dimensions from the source PDF. If the source page has a different size than the pages in the main PDF (for example, letter vs. A4), the inserted page will appear at its native dimensions. Other pages are not affected.
Is there a file size or page limit?
ConvertKr does not impose any artificial file size or page count limits. Since all processing runs locally in your browser, the practical ceiling depends on your device's available RAM and processing power. Most modern computers and phones handle large PDFs without any issues.
Does this work on mobile devices?
Yes. ConvertKr runs entirely in your web browser, so it works on smartphones and tablets as well as desktop computers. The responsive layout adapts to your screen size for comfortable use on any device. Touch-based file selection is fully supported on iOS and Android.
